Sex and Intimacy Coaching
Intuitive Bodywork
Loving Touch Guidance
It
is my desire to tailor my offerings to meet your needs, and I
welcome specific requests.
Unless other arrangements are made, private sessions are held in the
Denver/Boulder area. I provide a peaceful sacred space that is a delight for the
senses.
I will honor your path, your process, your uniqueness and your confidentiality.
Our initial conversation will promote your comfort and also allow me to get a
clear sense of what you are seeking and how I can help. As I nudge you towards a
clear intention we will plan our session agenda. I will monitor your comfort
level and I may suggest a meditation or energy connecting exercise before we
proceed.
Sessions are personalized and many are a combination of Sex and Intimacy
Coaching, Intuitive Massage/Bodywork, and Sacred Sexual Guidance. If the various
session options confuse you, just show up with an open mind and heart and as we
talk our journey will become clear.
Phone Sessions
If you prefer the convenience of a phone session, I would be pleased
to schedule that with you. Please contact me for the details.
Dating 101
Do you have confusion, fear or even trepidation when it comes to
dating? Whether you are 20 or 60, stepping into the dating arena can
be daunting.
Are you wondering:
-
How do I initiate conversation? How can I avoid being tongue tied or putting my
foot in my mouth?
-
How can I find what I am seeking through personal ads?
-
What are appropriate dating guidelines? What is expected of me? How do I handle
cost sharing?
-
How do I approach sexual intimacy? And when? Is a "safer sex" talk appropriate
or expected?
-
How do I gently, but effectively say "No?"
I invite you to bring to our session all your concerns, stories, fears and
vulnerabilities. I'll guide and support you in finding what works and moving to
a place of clarity, empowerment and delightful anticipation.
My Dreams and Visions for Our Planet
- I envision a world where "organic" (including organic chocolate) is more
valued than "designer."
- I envision a world where age is honored and respected, wisdom is valued, and
the terms "crone" and "elder" are claimed with pride.
- I envision a world where the Native American prayer, "Let nothing be done to
harm the children," is in everyone's consciousness.
- I envision a world where communities share their abundance, strengths and
support within, eliminating poverty, deprivation, and loneliness. - I envision a world with acceptance of all paths, orientations, personal
beliefs, races and religions; where dreaming is encouraged and visions are
shared.
Testimonials
"I saw today the way that pleasure and love can and should be connected— I
knew it intellectually, but had never experienced it in my life. Your energy is
so powerful and positive. Feeling accepted without reservation is a miracle. I
made a really good choice for me by coming to see you today. I am proud of
myself for taking the initiative and, for me, the risk. Turns out, the greater
risk would have been to do nothing at all! You are an incredible woman and
teacher and healer. If you could see everyone in the world, there'd be no
divorce or wars or cruelty. Much love and grateful thanks to one who really
knows about love."
Denver Client
"Pam, I just wanted to drop you a thank you note after the session. After
our discussion, I know I have a lot of things I can do better that will improve
my good relationship with my spouse. Your methods seem very logical and make a
lot of sense. The part that really hit home with me was the part about a woman's
heart. I look forward to improving my relationship skills and to our next
session. Thanks again."
Male Client
"You are a natural at putting people at ease. I felt totally accepted. "
D.G., Estes Park, CO
"I am feeling like a sensual woman again. With all my health problems and my
marriage problems I had lost my desire for sex. Thank you for helping me to
enjoy it all again. "
M.N., Fort Collins, CO
"Your teachings have opened a whole new way for me to look at the sacredness
of our mind, body, and spirit in its connection with the myriad of one's
relationships. You are blessed with a tremendous presence of being. "

Would You Like To Step Outside Your Box?
Pam Babbitt, S.I.
Everyone has a box - a container that constricts, restricts, imposes, labels,
self-criticizes, magnifies fear, and produces anxiety. Boxes come in all shapes,
sizes and forms. There are sturdy wooden crates, toolboxes, as well as
decorative hat boxes. Some may be padlocked or lined with Kevlar to protect from
painful invasion, and there are also caskets, representing the death of dreams
and fulfillment.
What does your box look like? Close your eyes and allow an image to appear.
Envision the size, shape, color, material, and all the unique details. Now draw
an image of your box, being as creative and exact as you like. Better yet, find
an actual box that you can remodel and decorate as you like.
Now ponder the 'prison' of your box. What is hiding and lurking in there that shackles you?
Is it self-criticism? Negative messages from parents or teachers? Focus on
failure? Fear of other's judgment? Your belief that you are not deserving or
entitled?
In what specific ways do those shackles hold you back from self-fulfillment, and the
experience of joy, peace and pleasure? Would you like to join a bike club? Or
find a partner? Take dance lessons? Ask for a raise? Connect with your inner
Goddess? Learn to flirt? Would you like gain sexual self-confidence through
intimacy coaching or tantric guidance?
Now here's Key No. 1 - The Universe does not care about your box. It
simply doesn't like boxes and refuses to acknowledge them. The Universe cares
about you being all that you can be. Acknowledging boxes would be
counterproductive. Have you noticed that the Universe continually offers you
situations that nudge you toward your greatness? Proof enough.
And here's Key No. 2 - Our limitations do not hold us. We choose to hold onto
our limitations. You are the sole owner of your box. You may rip off the
padlock, punch holes in it, or stomp it to shreds any time you wish. Or you may
create doorways to gradually allow an increasing flow of
possibilities.
Consider the doorway plan -
-
Engage support. Find a mentor, coach, or counselor to co-create an escape
plan (from your box). An old friend who agrees with you on most everything is
not a good choice.
-
Create the plan TOGETHER. This is your box and your personal escape plan.
Your input is essential and it will strengthen your commitment.
-
Move forward using a series of baby steps, rather than a sprinting pace
which may cause depletion and collapse. Sprinting also restricts you from
recognizing and celebrating each of your accomplishments, or from pausing to
tweak your plan when needed.
-
Use your awareness and intuition every step of the way to help support
safety and growth.
-
Celebrate your effort, rather than the outcome. You do not have the power to
control all people or all situations; you do have the power to control yourself.
