I am a sex and intimacy coach, tantric and sacred sexual guide, bodyworker and writer. The core of my offerings is education, healing and expansion. Sessions may be in-person or by phone. My guidance is specific to your situation and honoring of your unique journey. I honor all sexual orientations and relationship styles. Sexual energy does not recognize gender limitations. It is restricted only by the limitations in our minds. For ease in languaging here, I refer to heterosexuals, though it is not my intention to offend any readers - wherever you are on the gender continuum.
For me sexuality and spirituality are joined and I endorse conscious loving with its ingredients of trust, caring and integrity. My guidance is a harmonious blend of sacred sexuality from many cultures including Tantra, Taoism and Chuluaquai Quodoushka (Native American Sacred Sexuality) along with current sexology, including teachings from Barbara Keesling, Patti Britton and others. I have also participated in intensive trainings at The Body Electric School of the Healing Arts.
In our session, I will see your heart and experience your energy. I create a strong container of safety, acceptance and comfort as I meet you where you are and encourage your authenticity. I offer you my loving presence.

In a perfect world we would all luxuriate in our full sensual and sexual bliss — our birthright. There would be no blocks resulting from relationship conflict, abuse, addictions, invasive medical procedures, or stress and dis-ease caused by modern day living. Sexual energy is a powerful source for healing mind, body, and soul and it is available to all of us.
My personal sexual-spiritual journey has brought me cherished gifts. I now experience hearts and souls much more than I see physical bodies. I see inner beauty and feel connection. I see how we collectively sabotage Universal peace when we close our hearts, rather than honoring the divine matrix that connects us all.
